College of the Ozarks School of Engineering – Phases One & Two
With the expansion of the college’s engineering program, new facilities were designed to accompany the added curriculum. This project consists of an 8,800 sf addition (Phase One) and a 7,700 sf renovation of an existing structure (Phase Two) located at the north end of the College of the Ozarks campus. Phase One accommodates two large laboratories, classrooms, administrative offices, a student lounge and building support spaces. Phase Two accommodates five specialized workshops, additional administrative offices and support spaces. The entrance canopy is articulated as a truss and the building’s interior systems are left exposed to view to allow the building to be a part of the student’s education.
