Developmental Center of the Ozarks Campus Renovation
This renovation project is a series of improvements and additions to the current facilities and site in an effort to make the campus safer, more efficient, and aesthetically cohesive. The facility renovation projects include a complete and partial renovations of existing facilities, a new structure, and an adaptive reuse of an existing building. There are also several site changes that improve storm water drainage, American Disabilities Act (ADA) access, vehicular circulation and the overall campus appearance. Additional site work includes a new park and pavilion, splash pad, parking and rain gardens. Sustainable design features include energy efficient heating, cooling, and lighting systems, recycled and regional materials, building envelope improvements and rain gardens.
